Celebrate the Small Things
Celebrate the Small Things is a weekly bloghop hosted by Viklit over at Scribblings of an Aspiring Author. The idea is to post anything you want to celebrate from the last week.
This week I'm celebrating:
- Halloween! I love Halloween, it's my second favourite time of year. My sister's having a party tonight, and I can't wait! I didn't get time to join in some of the Halloween blogfests I wanted to (which I'm gutted about) but here are my entries for last year for anyone who wants to read some spooky stories:
- It's my weekend off this weekend, and I'm so excited about that! I've been working a lot of hours lately, so it'll be nice to have a couple of days off together.
- Once Upon a Time. I just bought myself season 2, and I'm loving it!
- Writing! I haven't done as much as I wanted to this week, but I've done more than I have in a long time, and I've missed it! It feels great to actually be writing regularly again.
Hi, Laura, Happy Halloween!! Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the party tonight!
ReplyDeleteHaving this weekend off is definitely worth celebrating. Have fun at the party! Are you dressing up?
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween! I hope you have a super awesome time at the party tonight. We used to go to Halloween parties (or host them), but it's been really hard since the kids started trick-or-treating. And let's face it, what's better than watching kids excitement as they race from door to door getting candy?
ReplyDeleteENJOY your weekend off!

Enjoy the party tonight!!!
ReplyDeleteWay to go with your writing!!!
Have fun at the party and enjoy your weekend off. I love Once Upon a Time. It gets better every season.
ReplyDeleteNothing like a weekend off with a party! Congrats on back to writing more!
ReplyDeleteI am working solo this weekend after surgery on my forehead Monday. Whew! I could use a party. Enjoy yourself. Stay safe.
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween!
ReplyDeleteDitto Denise. I'm not working anymore, but remember many times when working robbed me of fun things. Enjoy the weekend.

Well done on the writing. I'm doing NaNo this year and I'm loving how easily the words are coming at the moment.
ReplyDeleteI also like Halloween though I sort of see it as the start of the countdown to Christmas. We always watch The Nightmare Before Christmas on the 31st and then through November we watch all those films that have got Christmas mentions in without being about Christmas, like Love Actually and When Harry Met Sally. :-)
I love Halloween! I hope yours was amazing!
ReplyDeleteI've been so out of touch with the Blogosphere of late, I missed out on all the fun October hops as well. alas. :-(
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great Halloween! Good luck with your writing. :)
