Celebrate the Small Things
Celebrate the Small Things is a weekly bloghop hosted by Viklit over at Scribblings of an Aspiring Author. The idea is to post anything you want to celebrate from the last week.
This week I'm celebrating:
- All the hours I've been putting in at work - I can't wait to get paid!
- My boyfriend - I went to his house last night after work (he lives an hour away so I only get to see him once a week) and he's so good at looking after me. He bought me pizza, and we had a relaxing night watching Chuck.
- Chuck! Anyone seen it before? It's one of my favourite shows right now.
Nice, isn't it, to just lay back and relax. Enjoy the weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou need someone who looks after you.
ReplyDeleteGreat things to celebrate!!!
ReplyDeleteWhenever I'm working a lot of hours at my day job, I always keep telling myself, "you'll love your paycheck. You''ll love your paycheck."
ReplyDeleteI loved Chuck when it was on. I recently rewatched the pilot on Netflix. Still great.
Getting paid is the best part, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteNever seen Chuck but your boyfriend knows how to amp up the romance. Last time I got pizza bought for me it was my brother. But I got to eat four slices so I'm okay with that. Best of luck with your paycheck upgrade and enjoy your weekend.
ReplyDeleteYour guy sounds special. I've been slowly catching up with Chuck on Netflix. About halfway through season 3.
ReplyDeleteI love Chuck, excellent show.
ReplyDeleteGetting paid for hard work is always awesome, and so is having a great guy! I hope you've been having a good weekend!
ReplyDeletegetting paid is always something to celebrate. And having someone who loves you and looks after you! More positives!
ReplyDeleteAwesome. Enjoy!

That's how you know you're in a good relationship - a quiet night in with pizza beats a fancy night out at a stuffy restaurant any day!
ReplyDeleteRelaxing, getting pizza and being paid is definitely great! :)
ReplyDeleteWho was I just talking about Chuck with? Oh yeah, a new neighbor. Easily one of the best TV series of all time...minus the last season. (Now you won't be too disappointed, right?)
ReplyDeleteI Hope you are Well Miss Laura. . . .
