Things I'm looking forward to!
Today I thought I'd write a post about the things I'm looking forward to, as there are quite a few in the next few months!
First, I want to say thanks to L. G. Keltner for awarding me the Fabulous Blog Ribbon and the Be Inspired award. Thanks!
Now for the things I'm looking forward to:
1. Going to Centerparcs in September with my mum and sister, it'll be nice to get away for a while and spend some time with them. We can't afford to do a lot of the activities and things, but it'll be a nice time to relax and at least the pool is free!
2. Going to Bruges in November for the Christmas market with my mum and sister - I absolutely love Christmas so I can't wait for this, we'll only be going for a couple of days with a group of people from work, but apparently there's ice skating and everything so it should be lots of fun.
3. The Sims 3 Supernatural comes out in September, and I can't wait to play it! It sounds really good, and should give me a nice chance to relax after Camp NaNo.
4. Yet another Sims 3 expansion is coming out in November; The Sims 3 Seasons, which I absolutely can't wait for because the Seasons expansion was my favourite in the Sims 2 games. I love watching my little sims play in the weather! :)
So there are the things I'm looking forward to in the next few months, besides the usual things like Winter and Christmas!

Those Sims games sound awesome Laura, here's hoping that you enjoy them, Sims are great, I wish I could play them again myself now haha. It's good that you've got so many awesome things to look forward to now.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Yeah it is, whenever I feel a bit down I can just look at this list and remember I have things to look forward to :)
DeleteIt's nice to have things to look forward to. Hope you enjoy your break.
ReplyDeleteThanks, I'm sure I will! :)
DeleteI didn't realise there were some new expansions coming out, I can feel a Sims session coming on ...
ReplyDeleteI can't believe there are two coming out so close together, my family aren't going to see me for a while...
DeleteIts always nice to look forward at the awesome ahead :)
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh... now I want it to be Christmas!!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteHaha sorry, me too! I love Christmas, definitely my favourite time of year :)
DeleteChristmas I think it is just a bit early yet to discuss Christmas...... Although having said that I did wish someone a Happy Christmas on Facebook the other day. I thought it would be nice to get in first.
ReplyDeleteI don't know, the summer's gone so fast I'm sure Christmas will soon be upon us! :)
DeleteI cannot wait doe both Sims expansions. I think Supernatural will be my Camp Nano rewards. :)
ReplyDeleteHow are you getting along with Camp NaNo?
Yeah, I think I'll be spending the whole of September just relaxing on Supernatural! A good reward, I think :)
DeleteI'm getting on well, writing at least the limit each day so I'm keeping up so far :)
This is a lovely post :) Sounds like you have lots of happy times to look forward to :D I've never really played Sims but I'm feeling pretty tempted! Maybe I should get uni out of the way first or I'll be in trouble!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Haha it's really good, it's been my favourite game since I was 11! It did get in the way of my uni work quite a bit, though... :)
