Express Yourself: Quotes!

For this week's Express Yourself meme, the question was: What are a few inspirational quotes you'd like to pass along to others?
My first few quotes are from Harry Potter, all said by Dumbledore, of course:

It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.

You fail to recognize that it matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be.

Numbing the pain for a while will make it worse when you finally feel it. 

After all to the well organized mind, death is but the next great adventure.

A couple of writing inspiration quotes:

And my last quote is one from my favourite anime Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, because I think it's an important thing to remember in life:
A painless lesson is one without any meaning. One who does not sacrifice anything cannot achieve anything.

    I thought that the death quote was coming up, it's one of my favourite quotes ever, not just from Harry Potter, love all of these though, so inspirational.

The Insecure Writer's Support Group was created by Alex J. Cavanaugh as a place where writers can talk about their insecurities once a month, and receive encouragement and support from other writers. A is for Arachne and Arlee!

Before I get to my Greek Mythology part of this post, at the request of Alex J. Cavanaugh  (great idea by the way, Alex!), I'd first like to thank Arlee Bird for coming up with the challenge in the first place.
