Souper Blog Hop
As soon as I saw the theme for this blog hop, I knew exactly which soup I was going to use for it; my absolute favourite chicken noodle soup. I've been making it for a few years now, and it's still up there as one of my all time favourite meals. It's really simple to make, too; chopped carrot and celery, thyme, salt and pepper, chicken stock which you use to poach the chicken, then take it out, shred it and put it back, add some noodles then parsley to garnish and you're done. Of course, it's best served with a couple of warm buttered rolls, as shown in the picture below.
