So, I have yet to finish the book I'm reading so I won't be reviewing it today. Instead, I've decided to participate in a blogfest that I've seen floating around the blogosphere today, the
What's Your Chocolate? Blogfest.
All I have to do is: "Post about your favourite chocolate – what it means to you, where and when you indulge, a favourite memory – anything chocolate-related."
Cadbury chocolate is my usual go-to chocolate whenever I fancy some; I love Twirl bars and Caramel Dairy Milks, yum! I also love Creme Eggs in Easter.
Terry's Chocolate Orange has to go on my list; I don't have it very often, but when I do I'm in Heaven! Whoever thought of putting chocolate and orange together was a genius.
If I want a bit of a treat I'll buy myself a bar of dark chocolate (I like Lindt 85%, just finished off a bar last night, it was delicious!)
As a gift, I love getting a box of Thorntons Continental Chocolates, they're my favourites. Just thinking about all the lovely flavours is making my mouth water...
So there you have it, my favourite types of chocolate. I hope I've made you all as hungry as I am right now! :)
That chocolate orange looks Divine!
ReplyDeleteI know, I really want one now! :)
DeleteIt's fun learning about different types of chocolate!
ReplyDeleteIt is, makes me want some really bad though! :)
DeleteTruly, today is out to wreck me. I need a large jar of Nutella and a spoon. STAT!!!
ReplyDeleteSorry! That's how I felt when I read everyone else's, I need chocolate!
DeleteThis has put me in a real mood for chocolate now, I'd love a cream egg, it's a shame that we're so far away from Easter now haha!
ReplyDeleteI know, they should do them all year! :)
DeleteThe chocolate orange looks amazing. I had one a couple years ago, and it made my day. Unfortunately they're hard to find where I live. And I share your love of dark chocolate! Great stuff.
ReplyDeleteI don't have them very often, they are lovely though! I love dark chocolate, and my mum doesn't like it so I get it all to myself! :)
DeleteMy husband goes absolutely nuts over Terry's Chocolate Orange. I'm a big fan of Thornton's
ReplyDeleteI love getting Thorntons, don't get it very often though!

ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, it was a fun post to write! :)
DeleteI should have read this post after lunch. It is okay to have chocolate before lunch right?

DeleteTerryl's Chocolate Orange <3 <3
ReplyDeleteYum yum! :)
DeleteI like my chocolate in the form of a warm brownie with vanilla ice cream on top :)
ReplyDeleteOoh that sounds yummy! It's one of my favourite desserts when I go to restaurants :)
DeleteI think you are the second or third blog that has mentioned Thornton chocolate. I've never heard of it until today.
ReplyDeleteOoh it's lovely, it's a British company, so a lot of people probably haven't heard of it :)
DeleteI've never had Thorton's chocolate, but I bet they're good!
ReplyDeleteThey're gorgeous! :)
DeleteSome of those chocolates are new to me, but I do think I've seen a chocolate orange before. My fave is Dark Chocolate, and I like Lindt, too.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your decisions!
Thanks! I love dark chocolate, it makes a nice change :)
DeleteI've been reading about chocolate all day and I think I'm about to go into a coma.
ReplyDeleteThat's how I felt after reading everyone's posts, too! I really need chocolate now!
DeleteThe name Thorntons has popped up quite a few times now...
ReplyDeleteWithin the last 24 hours, judging from the comments during this Choccylicious blog hop, I wonder how many chocolate-related "good intentions" have gone out the window? LOL
I wouldn't be surprised, I certainly indulged in some after reading everyone's posts!
Deletefruity flavored chocolate, yum! and lindt, yum yum!
ReplyDeleteI think I'm going to want to eat chocolate constantly for about a week after all of these yummy posts! :)
DeleteI'm thinking chocolate and I haven't even had breakfast yet! Yummy pictures. Maybe I'll skip the fruit and yogurt this morning and dig out the box of See's instead.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good breakfast to me! :)
DeleteHave to go with Coffee Crisp and most dark chocolates.
ReplyDeleteI could go for some right now...
Ooh Coffee Crisp sounds nice, don't think we get that over here! :)
DeleteWhen I was Romania I bought a bunch of chocolate and it was soooo good. My favourite was Lindt mint-lemon. I thought the combo sounded gross but it ended up being so very tasty.
ReplyDeleteAllison (Geek Banter)
That does sound a bit weird, but I bet it does taste nice!
DeleteDammit I need to nip to the shop now haha! :)
ReplyDeleteHaha that's exactly how I felt when I read everyone else's posts! :)
DeleteANYthing made by Cadbury is absolutely wonderful.
ReplyDeleteCompared to them, a Hershey bar is a cow pie.
I don't like chocolate, and I always ask myself why people have to ruin good fruit with chocolate flavours, ahaha. Just stopping by from the chocolate blog hop. :3
ReplyDeleteThis has given me a craving for some dark chocolate haha x
ReplyDeleteNew post!
